What, if this is true, then how would this work, MK vs. DC? I mean blood with DC characters, wtf? This would not be a good idea what so ever, and if its only for the Wii and MK8(a real game) for just the XB360 and PS3, that would be some big a$$ b##l s@#t!

Also that, why did they have to pick DC, why couldn't be Marvel or Street Fighter, that would of been a way better chose if you ask me. Marvel or Street Fighter, a way better chose this freakin DC.

I was surfing the net and I keep coming across MK versus DC, including the webmaster of MKsecrets saying his usual sources confirmed it. If it's MK:DC for the Wii and a real MK8 for PS3 and Xbox 360, I won't be so p**sed, since I have a PS3. However if it's MK:DC for all three systems, goodbye MK, and goodbye Midway. I will forever have lost trust in the company.
Still, November is a long way away. Perhap's they will see their fan's dissapontment, realizing how stupid the whole idea was, and perhaps change it.
...A spider and a beetle just crossed my computer desk as I wrote this....I hope that's not an omen.

Oh sure and stuck us Wii people with the crappy one  Either way, I hope it isn't vs. DC. I mean, a vs. game would be cool, but not when we were expecting the next part of the story. Not when our characters are supposed to be killed off.

Sub-Zero vs. Mr. Freeze? A vs. game may not be SO bad, but I want the canon storyline MK before anything else. Marvel vs. Capcom was always fun, maybe it can compare to that  IDK if it's true, I'll be dissappointed myself, but maybe there'll be some cool things about it. You never know...
@Armitage: Plz don't leave if it turns out to be vs. You're one of the few who are here and that Iv'e known awhile. Although if Tremor is somehow icluded in MK vs. DC, i'll be leaving myself

boon said that there would be a grittier and darker feel to the next MK game, highly doubt that the MK8 is mk vs. dc.
Now it was a gamer conference, this means that more than one game will be talked about, so there might be a mk vs dc. however the one that was on Noob.com is probably MK8, or at least that's what i'm going to believe till tomorrow.

There's a rumour that went around quietly as a part of the DC universe idea in that since MK is starting things from the ground up it may mean they're ideology is starting from scratch as well i.e. the violent aspects/fatalities being removed to avoid offending the DC characters, it may become less adult orientated
Rayden does not believe the DC rumour for a second and the above would mean the death of the franchise as we know it
Im wondering how the series would have turned out if Boon had left instead of Tobias (Noob Saibot may have been shortened to Saibot instead of Noob and we'd been constantly checking Saibot.com however aside from that) the character designs would have been much darker and more in tune with the original for example. Its my opinion that the dark, gritty aspect of MK came from the members who left the team and without them i don't think MK will ever be as dark, violent or controversial as it was with the first 3 games
