New Characters and Side Characters

Aside from new characters, MK8 would be the PERFECT time to indtroduce characters who have only appeared in storyline or Konquest.
For Example: Hornbuckle, Tasia, Jarod, Tiamat,
No-Face, Skarlet, Kochal, Karasou, Kia, Jataaka, Hachiman, Siobhan, Skully, Delia, Wu Lae, Chow Kang, and Belokk.
For new characters, I would like to see them replace old ones as front runners of groups, races, and clans.
For example, Kill Baraka and find a new Tarkatan. Perhaps a more demonic, evil, looking Tarkatan with head spikes and scars on his face.
A new vampire. This does not mean kill off Nitara, but find a male vampire character too.
I'd like to see a new character from the Tekunin clan, who has to prove his worth in kombat before he is allowed to be turned into a cyborg.
Special Forces: I'm pretty sure the special forces should consist of more than 2 to 4 people. How about a fresh face?

I have only one thing to say...and that is... TREMOR!!! Jesus... please bring Tremor already as playable character, the orange ninja has the right to show the might of his powers (which element is earth I think) XD

If He's in MK8 I'd be damn happy. However I don't think orange suits him. Besides, the Tengu clan are orange. Tremor should be brown, but not "poop" brown

Kochal was not a character.
Karasu from the grid would be awsome.
I never heard of any Skully.
Belokk was created by Eurocom and not Midway and i doub't he'd be used. He sounded stupid anyway.

1. Just because you think No Face sucks, doesn't mean everyone things he sucks.
2. Kochal actually had a storyline in MK:D konquest. Part of that story is explained during a mini-mission where you have to find Kochal's bone shield for a demon in the Netherealm. So besides the (Ko)in (Chal)lenge, he is as much of a character in the MK games as Jarod was.
3. Karasou was also Mentioned in MK:D Konquest by one of the many people you can talk to.
4. Skully was mentioned by one of the MK team after the the release of MK:A. He was quoted as being "Meat's Cousin".

2. Jerrod was the king of Edina killed by Khan. It is not the same.
3. Yeah i know. And i think it'd be cool seeing has Noob, Scorp and Sub where in The Grid.

what the hell has jerrod to do with this, he didn't mention jerrod... And jerrod is alive now, if sindel ending in armageddon is canon.
for the other fella... what has tremor to do with tengu clan? and the tengu clan is not orange... only the masks the clan wears are orange

When I said the Tengu are orange, I meant their signature color is orange. as for Tremot, I don't think orange suits him.

No Face kicked ass. Sure the PS1 graphics sucked, but the character was awesome. He played with FIRE!! Tha's awesome. Maybe they can bring him with like a really beat-up looking stiched up face with no mouth.

But as for characters, they should bring just about every character from Mace the Dark Age that they haven't brought in yet...
* Al' Rashid: Can be a new character from Edenia. Kinda like a guard along the line or Rain.
* Asmodeus: Should definitely be from Netherrealm, maybe they can use this character and rename him Kochal?
* Lord Deimos: Should be from Seido, he's very orderly, but make him a member of the brotherhood of shadow, since he's a member of the covenant of seven, and it's already a similar faction.
* Sir Dregan: Chaosrealm perhaps, or even Netherrealm. But this character was already made into Havik, so...
* The Excecutioner: should be from Outworld. As a matter of fact, this character ALREADY made it into Mortal Kombat. He was the boss in MK:A's konquest mode where you had to free shujinko.
* Grendal: He's a demonic gargoyle, formerly human, a noble savage, so he can be from Outworld or Netherrealm, but be originally from either edenia or seido.
* Hell Knight: Definitely from Netherrealm, nothing really needs to change with this character for him to fit in MK, just his name, basically.
* Ichiro: Earthrealm, he & Takeshi are brothers, they're fom Japan, he can be the next "old master" like Bo Rai Cho and Shang Tsung.
* Koyasha: She's LITERALLY a red female ninja. But, there would be no point in bringin her to MK, since they used Mileena as the base to create her. She had the sais, the leg throw, and was pretty much the same character as her. So, in a sense, she was already in MK.
* Mordos Kull: can be from the chaosrealm. He seemed pretty straight-edge in Mace:TDA, but his storyline makes him seem SO unstable that he just belongs in a crazy ass world.
* Namira: This chick should DEFINITELY be in MK, she should be from Edenia, and should be in the same ranks as rain, except, she's a spy also. But for who?
* Ned the Janitor: should be a hidden character. No, not even, forget this one, it's a bad joke, just like Mokap.
* Pojo: Another bad joke, don't include.
* Ragnar Bloodaxe: Oh, hell yeah! MK doesn't have a character like this one! He's a viking. He's big and strong and has two axes. He shold be from Outworld or Netherrealm..
* Takeshi: A samurai, not like Hotaru, an ACTUAL samurai. MK doesn't have one. And he can actually be the next Liu Kang.
* Taria: She dresses like a knight, she's very pretty and has blonde hair, and is described as "An evil sorceress who aspires to become a demoness and conquer hell itself. She's mean enough to do it!" But since in MK hell is Netherrealm, maybe she should be Edenian (explaining the whole royal knight look)and is DETERMINED to take over Netherrealm.
* Warmech: No, this guy was a total toolbag. So scratch this one out too.
* Xiao Long: Was already brought into MK, they split him into two characters though: Kenshi & Dairou, and ended up giving his costume to Shujinko as an alternate... Which sucked, because Xiao Long is a much cooler character than Dairou & Shujinko will ever be.
Well, that's my 2 cents.

not to offend but some characters you guys picked are just garbage. the mask guard?! please...those guys are just filler characters, with no background story, no name, no identity, no nothing! I rather see kia and jataka

There are as many Tremor fans as there are Tremor haters, so it's 50/50, if not less, that he will appear so I'm not getting my hopes up. I'd prefer Tasia or No-Face. They would be less expected and perhaps a pleasant surprise.
