if we go strictly off of MKA character endings, then i believe Kahn is dead...considering he dies in not only his ending and other endings i think he is gone.
Besides as cool as Shao Kahn is, i think they need a new villian considering their turning everything upside down they probably will make a new villian, who hopefully isn't extremelly humongous.

No i'm tired of that blowhard. He was in 8 games give or take. Yes others have been in more than that but most of those are more intresting than he is, though i'm tired of Lui Kang, Sonya, Johnny Cage, ect too. But other such as Sub-Zero and Scorpion are great. I just never really got to play with Shao Kahn after MK3. Armageddon doesn't count as a game with a story but more like a gathering of all the players and with the KAF they screwed up fatalities... I just want to see him in next-gen! If he's not in I hope they'll at least have a KAK so me and all the other Kahn fans can make him.

Yeah, that'd be nice. I actually thought that Midway might put them as a team into Armageddon before it was released.
They would be behind the Living Forest trees and you should for example press a certain button when either one shows. Just like in Mortal Kombat 2 there were the ninjas Smoke and Jade, in Mortal Kombat 8 there would be Chameleon and Khameleon.
