NEW Mortal Kombat Klassic for PS3 Online!

Its about time for a NEW Mortal Kombat Klassic game for PS3 Online store dont you think. It was April 12th 2007 when MK2 was released for PS3 online. I think they should release the 1st MK or maybe UMK3? Anyone heard any news?
I dont know when UMK3 was released for xbox 360 but maybe the MK2 could be released for xbox 360 and UMK3 for PS3. Ive been playing MK2 online for a year straight now, we need another klassic.
Who's with me?
By the way Im KoRn-O on there if anyone wants to challenge me to a fight of Klassic MK2.

That's a good idea! The UMK3 on Xbox 360 was a big success, so why wouldn't they also make MK2 there?
I would really prefer this idea especially when Mortal Kombat 2 is my favorite 2D game. I got all the hard-earned achievements from UMK3 and I'd gladly collect them from MK2 as well.
I personally have Xbox 360.
Do you think that UMK3 would be better for PS3 rather than MK2? Well if you do, I actually think vice versa. UMK3 is a bit too dark IMO and MK2 has more ninjas anyways.
But as variety is the spice of life, we need to play other arcade MKs on our consoles as well!

Wow you made a thread titled "NEW Mortal Kombat Klassic for PS3 Online!" we all ran in and boom, it's a question. You almost gave us a heart attack for nothing. Next time instead of that title say something like "Should they realease an MK Klassic PSD3 online?"

lol..sorry for the title being mis-leading...But we do all need to post about this and draw attention for midway to see it and make it happen.
Out of all the 2D MKs, MK2 is the best quality made one in my opinion, and was alot of the main reason why I got a PS3 instead of an xbox 360. But Since I dont have an xbox 360 Id really love to get UMK3 for my PS3. Why this is so important is the online play factor of course. Playing different people with different fighting technics brings back old memories of being at the arcades way back when.
MK Trilogy would be really nice but since it wasn't an arcade game not sure if we will see it anytime soon. But who knows. I think it would be fair to release UMK3 now for the PS3 and MK2 for xbox 360. Then we could maybe get MK1 a little while after that.
My biggest hope is getting MK4 or MK Gold to be playable online. I dont think I would even stop playing it to eat and sleep...Id probably die...lol
Anyway lets make this post big and draw attention to it for Midway.
