Kooking with Ed Boon

Ed Boon is known for Mortal Kombat and his excellent Italian cooking. He makes dishes you might not always be able to pronounce, but that are certainly good enough to eat! The show, which began filming this Spring, will begin airing this Fall. Check your local listings.

I hope his resignation is an April fools joke! I'm guessing this kooking with Ed Boon is also a joke based on the "K" in kooking. I hope that, if Ed does indeed resign, he left someone equally good in charge. After John Tobias left, MK was a bit less awesome for a little while, now if Ed Boon left, I wouldn't want to see the loss of Ed result in the collapse of the entire series!

That photo looks totally legitimate.
Maybe this is a clue that there will be a new character in MK8 called Flying Noodle Mr. Scary Spaghetti Man.

It's wierd, I'm looking at that picture and Ed Boon reminds me so much of Sylar from Heroes. The resemblance is uncanny!

Even though it was last week, I say this was all an April Fools Day joke. But I do agree with Armitage in that Ed does look a lot like the character Sylar from Heroes.

Yes, Ed Boon looks like Zack Quinto (Sylar), but Pete Sampras will always be his double.
