Nothing, completely remove it. Adding a 3d game will only take up space of precious data and time and effort that could be used to make the Arcade mode better, so my idea is no konquest in MK8, later if they want to make a 3D adventure game like MK: Deception's Konquest they can go for it.

Yeah instead of Konquest mode , why not make a Story Mode like in Tekken 4 ( if I remember well ). You start a game with a little cut scene that explain why you fight again your next opponent. you have a cut scene between each battle. so the final boss can be different for many caracters. Like maybe Scorpion won't fight again Shao Khan but his story end with his battle again Quan Chi. But Kung Lao will fight again Shao Khan.

But in arcade mode your fighting list will always change and you'll have the same sub boss and the same boss for every one.

you know how much data space is on a PS3/360? They have plenty of room for Konquest(which should playable with each character) and Arcade and just about anything else needed.

A Mk game can "live" and be succesful without a Konquest mode that's for sure.
If one should be included in Mk8, I'd like it to have ALL the Mk characters! ALL of them!!!!

If there is a Konquest mode, I'd like for it to be similar to Deception's in that it's open-ended.

It'd also be cool if it included all the characters, both old and new, in cameo appearances. How cool would it be for you to be walking around and see Dairou or Ermac chillen?

I loved MKD's Konquest. It was so cool to walk around the realms and figure things out. MKA's was okay, but I'd rather just play Shaolin Monks.

i hope they do that in mk8 but you should be able to do more than punch

words from a younger generation of Mortal Kombat...I as a older generation player know that konquest had completely changed what mortal kombat is known...in other words...do like shaloin monks did and make a own game about it..don't put it in a Mortal Kombat fighting game....

The Konquest mode should have a new character named PhotoShoot. He goes from realm to realm peeking in windows trying to get nude photos of Sindel, Li Mei, Jade, Tanya, Kitana, Mileena, Sonja, and even Sheeva.

MK doesn't really need a Konquest mode. If one were to return though, I think it should be like MK:DA's, simply because this was straight to the point of teaching the characters moves, and still delved deep into the story.

MK should offer us other means to unlock items, perhaps other modes of kombat that offer time challenges, or perhaps, for example, a missed fireball were to hit and destroy an object in the background of an arena, it could unlock a secret.

Still though, if time and memory space were not an issue and wouldn't detract from the main game itself, I wouldn't mind MK:D's style of open-ended konquest.
