Who should be the Mk8 boss? I personally hate the recent stupid bosses like that fire god dude and that dragon looking creature...STUPID MOVE Midway...I was laughing when I was facing the boss saying "you got to be kidding me right?" But to me I personally believe that Raiden should be the boss.. or make quan chi the boss...not no funny looking monster... the only BOSS monster that should be left alone in mk is a 4 armed monster goro kintaro or a halfman halfbeast motaro... these new bosses are a joke...they should be looking creepy and scary...not a fantasy

I liked Onaga, it was funny in MK:D, when you kick him in the shins, he'd say "NO KICKING", plus his backstory was good too. It was inevitable for him to become a boss after his mentioning in MK:DA. Blaze though, was a stupid boss character, literally a tool. They chould have kept his original size but added the looks of his big boss design.
There's no doubt in my mind that Raiden will be the next boss, but it's only speculation at this point.

I perfer somone new and maybe female this time. No not a monster. Though i don't see how Onaga or Blaze's boss from looked funny. Though it was a rip having Blaze has a boss.

older mortal kombat players like myself just don't think it looks right..I've played mk since I was 8 and I'm 21 and having seen that monster in that mk game made me say what a joke compare to goro..

The only boss I want to see is Shao Kahn. Now for a Sub-boss they could use a new character, or Motaro, or Goro. Also I wish they bring back the hidden Battles, for instance if you beat the boss with a flawless victory, then you get to battle Noob or Goro.

when mentioned in DA i thought he was going to be heavy armored warlord or something like that. not a giant lizard. i don't really know who would be the final boss. i don't think raiden should, or any of the other characters from the past. we should see someone new but something similar to shao khan

The next MK boss should vary, depending on character you are playing. There are many candidates(can't spell it) for a final boss position. They should take a page out of Soul Calibur's book and do a Destined Battle type of thing. For those who are unfamiliar, Destined Battle is when at the end of the game, the character you are playing as is pitted against there rival at the time with a nice little cut-scene before hand, for example, if you are playing as Sonya your final boss would be Kano it is an awsome feature that MK should pick up on. It could work with a few alterations.

The destined battle was for the sub-boss. I just said final boss to give it a twist. because so many characters could be final bosses. but even a sub-boss destined battle would be nice to see.

There's no way to really tell with revamp. But if based on MKA, if it has a returning boss, I look for Shinnok or as u find out in MKA, his doppleganger. Based on the results of MKA, it could also be someone like Sheeva or Raiden. However, I think, gut-feeling or what-have-u, that it might be Reptile, possibly as his final MK appearance. Or it could be a brand new threat, like an elder-god or someone that no one expects.
Only time will tell.

Since the begining I say taht it should have somekind of story mode where your caracter has mini cut-scene between battle to explain why he fight again his next opponent. This way you could unlock caracters or stuff that help unlocking caracters like some kind of Key that you can use in Konquest mode to unlock the caracter.
And of course you have arcade mode where each time you play , you fight again different opponent.
The big boss at the end should be Reiko or Raiden or Scorpion. Reiko as the new ruler of outworld. Raiden getting darker and darker want to killl every humain. Scorpion is so mad being used that he takes revenge by creating an army in netherrealm

I've got it! who remembers Reiko from MK4? remember his ending...yea shao kahn...call it unofficial but he it looks better than a burning man in flames or a big dragon with wings..

Remember the sketch for Tavens mom with the two difrent outfits. One looked like almost an female version of Kahn. What if they took that, tweaked it a bit and made the new boss from that?
