MK Trilogy Animalities: Rhino = Kabal Anteater = Noob Gorilla = Reptile Elephant = Rain Interestingly enough, each of these fighters had their origins in different MK games: Reptile = MK Noob = MK2 Kabal = MK3 Rain = Umk3/Trilogy Coincidence? More than likely. But the recent "Touch" clue and the animals makes me believe that they are going to release MK Trilogy for Nintendo DS which MAY be announced at Midway's Gamers Day, (April 17th??) and Maybe... MAYBE... we'll see like a teaser of MK8. I honestly don't believe that much info will be revealed on MK8 this early. There is also the possibility that the corresponding warriors might make appearances in MK8. Which makes me happy because honestly I want to see some classics return. I want to see them grow a bit more. You might call me old fashioned, but then I could just call you a Noob right? Or a "youngin". Gawd waitin' on your XBOX 360 or PS3 Mortal Kombat games to come out in High Def with your surround sound systems. Gawd it must be hard waitin' that bad, lol. I remember back in my day ('93) I had to wait until MK2 came out on the Super Nintendo in 16-bit glory to play on a 16 or 24 inch 1980's model TV (I'm talkin' radio dials and rabbit ears here ppl) with mono sound and no internet for cheats and strategies, had to wait until it was time to buy groceries to beg my parents to buy a gaming magazine (Tips and Tricks) for me and they'd be all like "YOU'RE SPOILED ENOUGH, YOU DON'T NEED NO READIN'S!" just to knows some moves man. One simple fatality is all I asked for. Took me a week to get my info. Takes all these "youngins" like what? 10 SECONDS??? Speaking of which, whatever happened to "Up, Up"? What was all that "(Hold block), down, down, up, up, HP" crap Boon? Are you kidding me? Quit changing the combos Boon, I can't keep re-memorizing em, I'm gettin' old man, I can hardly remember what I ate yesterday man, come on. Well I guess that's enough rambling. I was bored. And I have entertained myself.
