So these are all the letters with how many of them appear in that combination. Assume that we have to use each letter at least once until they run out to see which old characters are returning. Since there are 3 O you have a max of 3 O you can use. Or these letters can be used and combined to name some NEW characters. Fire away and take a crack at it.

For a maybe returning character, I see Kitana from those words.
A name I found for a new character is, Egar. A possible character from Africa, maybe?
Those four animals could mean that the characters who had those animalities are returning?
