Tis good, but Scorpion's Deception look is like his Deadly Alliance look (obviously not the stance), they didn't really alter the costume in Deception, so I guess they didn't bother changing the banner because of that.
It is cool though, don't get me wrong, it would look good like that.

Seems fairly updated to me, I see a ton of differences in the outfits...but maybe that can also be attributed to me being obsessive....ya, that's probably the case
