	Do you think that Midway should take their time for Mortal Kombat 8 and instead of having a 2008 release? On Kamidogu, that have a post like this and I thought, maybe I could ask some of you guys and girls to see your thoughts. So do you they should have a 2009 release or should it just be fine to let the game come out this year? -----signature----- Kitana is the best in the world for me! 	If Midway absolutly needs more time to finish they should take advantage of the fact that they can push the release date later. But if everything goes as schedueled and the game is perfect then a 2008 release is good. I think they should release it when its finished. Not when the fans want it. Midway listens to much to the fans and I think were going to be theyre down fall. Just make the game complete it and when you think its done then you release it. 	Midway has been working on MK8 while making MKA so I think they could bring it out this year and wow us with the story and gameplay and graphics. Good luck on the development Midway. -----signature----- As far as I am concerned MKA is not canon.

	I'm just as excited as everyone else about the new game but I totally agree. I think Midway has a bad history of releasing MK games too soon. I'm guessing it has very little to do with the actual MK development team though. For whatever reason, the last few games seemed very rushed and I think most fans will agree that pushing the release date back would be much better than releasing a game that is incomplete or flawed. Smash bros Brawl was supposed to be released in December, then they pushed to back to February then eventually March. They knew they had issues and wanted the game to be perfect. I hated waiting but now I have it and it's one of the best console games ever made in my opinion. I seriously hope that Midway is taking the necessary time to perfect this one. Nothing wrong with waiting a little while longer to ensure a better experience. Not saying I didn't like the last few MK games though. Armageddon was fantastic, especially the KAF system and playing online. Also agreed with that. I would rather wait until a later date if Midway need it just to perfect the game. Even if that's 2010, I'm sure it won't come to that, but if it was for that one good reason, then I would be fine with that. If they release it this year, and it wasn't 100% ready because the deadline had expired, then I will start losing any respect I have for Midway. I was disappointed at Armageddon, but kinda forgave Midway, because it was still a load of fun, with 60+ fighters to choose from, it was enough to cover the flaws. But this time, seeing as they have had plenty of time to do this one, and having the Unreal Tournament 3 engine at their disposal, if they screw this one up, then...I may just lose all respect for Midway and go on to something else.
