The guy who made this actually took the original off, edited it and put this new changed one up. (changed the rating after people mentioned it shouldn't have one yet.)
It's already been confirmed it's fake, but I think it's still pretty damn good. 
That's quite a trailer. Too bad we have no real info yet.

Ok another update theres numbers raght in the middle of the "noob.com" picture and the countdown timer, The numbers are 238,868 same link as before in my previuos post on page one.

Here's a interesting fact I found on Yahoo Answers. The distance of the Earth to the Moon is 384403 km or 238868 miles.

Another interesting thing is that the video says to look at the moon (La Luna). The MK logo is shown on the moon in the teaser but only with the full moon.
the countdown is at 33 days, Midway's gamer's day is in 33 days and finally, the next full moon is in 33 days!

236 days after the end of the countdown (April 17 2008) = December 9 2008. Yeah, a Tuesday... but normally, the Monday is the day that the game is distributed to the shops, being in general Tuesday the first day that it is possible to buy.
But, it's another possibility:
238 days after the day that appeared in the website (March 18 2008) = November 11 2008. Another Tuesday. Maybe this one (for dates) is less risky, but both factible.
And independentment of "23 new ones + 6 returning characters" or "6 returning characters of 23 fighters in the roster" I will have an orgasm and will be enormously happy. More than 20 and minus than 30 will be the perfect roster for the MK8.

Heheh, so many mysteries. Ed Boon must really be having fun with this. 
All the clues seem to end up having something to do with the moon though..
There's something about the moon, I just know it.
Can't wait for the next update. (This sure is a time-killer until we recieve word on MK8)

Yeah it most certainly is a good fan-made trailer, fake but good. Though that did remind me of the very first Mortal Kombat 4 trailer/teaser that was shown on the web. I like the mystery and subtleness of this trailer and the first MK4 trailer we got.
Maybe the female at the end of the second "fake" trailer, could be Jataaka , Kia, or Tassia...?!
