Lackness of creativity and effort...hmm
they took a first person shooter engine, remodeled it, created their own custom software so that it would perfectly fit their own fighting system, that to me sounds like a heck of a lot of effort?
He said they wanted to do something completely different, taking two fighting franchises and putting them together is something that nobody expected that sounds like creativity to me. This isn't like the last Mk game ever, you know MK8 "the offical one" will come out just not now.
We have all been fans of Mk since forever, all of us have been waiting for a long time, making a crossover is quite a change to me. If you hate this game,despise this idea, think it's the stupidest, feel betrayed and will never be a fan of MK again, then that's your opinon and that's totally cool with me. But saying these guys don't work hard is what bothers me the most. And the fact the Ed knew exactly we expected, then threw something completely different at us, in my mind takes guts and is pretty impressive (i know i'm going to get flamed for that  ). It don't know why so many people are leaving without even giving the game a chance? in my mind that's something a true Mk fan would not do, but that's just my opinion

Not signing until I see this game in action.
Could be cool, if they do it right. The most important thing is gameplay. And let's see how Midway brings these two worlds together first.

Opinions are definitely mixed, and I don't like the crossover idea either. But most people on both sides have been cool with each other. However, there are some noobs that have been causing some trouble.

wow is the mk fanbase a joke. you guy would bitch if scorpion had a red hat. how is this going to kill the mk?
how many of you guys even know how to play a mk game above casual play. i bet there is less then 6. this is a fighting game not a movie. game play is what matter not the story line.
