I wouldn't want MK against anyother game/series/media because think about the story....(Boon's words) "Well, when Shujinko brought Onaga back to life, a few superheroes and characters from other media came too, like Barney, Nsync. Oh and there will be no real MK characters in this installment because I thought it would be better for the series this way".

Seriously? The only series that would fit MK well with the weapons and everything would be Samurai Shodown. More explanations in a different topic, but not even Killer Instinct fits as close as SS.

Kenshi vs batman........ who refuses to kill.
Sonya vs wonder woman... who refuses to kill.
Shang tsung vs The joker... who puts shang in some wacky trap... which he escapes from and proceeds to rip the jokers head head from his shoulders.
This game will never happen.
Unless midway gets taken over by a six year old.

I love that quote. Back in the early 90s, there was a failed TV show on CBS that lasted less than a dozen episodes. I only saw it once, and it sucked. I got that line off of a TV ad for the show where they show a scene from one episode. In it, a woman is asked out by some guy she can't stand and the phrase: "I'd rather give birth to a chair." was her reply. The show may be long dead because it stunk, but through me that classic quite lives on.  And yes, that quote definitely defines how I feel about this crossover rumor. Just keeping things on topic here.

Hehe! Oh, and by the way, that show was called the Palace Guard. I'll bet no one here has ever heard of it before. It's about as memorable as an MK/DC crossover would be.
