dont get me wrong i like the idea of having all the characters in all mk games put into one mass game, hope midway will take its time and make on hell of a game and not rush it and leave us with a discrase of a fighting game
anyway i was thinking, in the interview boon said that this game is the last game of the current story and he will be killing of many character
PERMANENTLY, but y rez alot of already killed characters and kill them again in this game
for example: they said sheeva got killed and they r bringing her in MK:A, and they will probably kill her off in the end (just my thought)
or all other charahters that where killed and now is returing again and will probably be killed again, frost, movado etc...
isnt that a bit stuiped

this is a chance to sheeva and some other characters who wernt made 3D into 3D and it isnt stupid because nearly everyone dies in a persons ending but the endings dont follow on to the next game only 1 or 2 do

well english is not ma first language, i dont care if ma spelling is bad, atleast i know that language
anywayz, as u said, your right only 1-3 actually happen, but MK:A isnt like other MK games they will kill of alot of characters and dont think they will be returning (well atleast any time soon). so y rez already dead characters and make up one hell of a story of how they returned, and then kill them again at the end of the game, i think its just unesecory

After reading the IG article it sounds to me like they'll be scrapping the current MK plotline and writing a story from scratch in MK8. They want to sever themselves from the current mess of a storyline and start over; making a new retelling of MK the way they want it without worrying about if its compatible with the current plotline.
If thats the case it doesn't matter who dies in MKA; their deaths in the current plotline would mean nothing to the remake's plot.
In fact returning characters wouldn't retain any of their old plot at all; their storyline would have to be rewritten from scratch just like the rest of the game. It would be a returning character in name and concept only.

Ya know, I had no clue so many people liked Reptile until I came here. I thought I was one of the few. Boy, was I wrong.
Meh...I like the idea of putting all the charries into one game, but I don't know if this'll turn out well. The quality might be sacrificed bigtime in order for them to put all these charries, game modes, and the air combat animation into the game.
Hrm...I hope this doesn't turn out like another MK3:
Didja know that MK3 was supposed to come out looking like MKT, but they couldn't meet the deadline or something? So they made UMK, which was also supposed to by like MKT, but sisn't make it. Then they made MKT.
Same thing with MK4 and MK:Gold. Let's all hope it doesn't happen again.
