Mortal Kombat Tag

I know there has been Tekken Tag Tournament but with my idea for Mortal Kombat Tag would be say if you had Liu Kang teamed up with Shang Thung... When Liu would want to tag in Shang Thung being they hate each other the partner would either enter wilst hitting his own partner on the way out or refuse to enter and also refuse to do tag attacks.
And with teams such as Liu Kang and Kung Lao they get a team power bonus. Plus a duel Fatality would be good but special ones for perfect teams special ones for hated teams and for the ones who have no worries with each other let's say Ermac and Sektor...
What does everyone else think?

I like this idea, but only as a Versus Mode type thing. It shouldn't be allowed in Arcade Mode.

i think it would be OK but it would sort of mess with the story. with people teaming up it might not make sense. if they made this it should only be as a vs mode sort of thing.

No it can still work in single player. Whoever you are using to kill the final boss, his/her story will be told. Its as simple as that. Only having it in Vs. mode is unfair for people that just play the game by themselves. Im not saying I do, but I aint gonna wait around for a friend to see team fatalities.

You're right. That wouldn't be fair to the people without someone to play it. You're idea is a good one.
