they need a new system because breakers are nice but you only get three and its not that hard to use one.

hopefully since MK7 isnt due out for a while, they use the same fighting sequence as MKSM but add a bunch of new characters with the upgrades and maybe while you're blockng, you can press a button to do a combo. (since they hopefully dont have a deadline for it, they can add a lot of different things) grin

Sorry but that would be a terible idea. The shaolin monks versus mode was soooooooo bad and took no skill. I dont want a game where i can master everyones moves in two seconds just by pushing the x button.
Everything was fine in deception except for the countering system. The gameplay could be a little faster also.

UR right the verus mode in MK:SM toke no skill to beat a oppenent.

hmm the combo breaker for MK:D was kinda OK but i actually prefer the way certain characters can reverse on MK:DA (the parry where they can grab opponent's punches or kicks, then you'll have an opening for your own combo) i think if all characters have that ability on any stance, that's a good way of balancing all characters.

if they stick to the MK:D counter system, some improvements they can do is that there should be a way to refresh the number of counters. for example, if your opponent gave you high combo count, you get 1 combo breaker. so people would think twice before making a high count damaging combo also.. a small damage would also be nice..

Klassik fight, MK4/Gold fight, MKDA/MKD fight, MKSM fight (4player mode), new fight, mini games, etc.

The problem with the countering system is that there is almost no wake up game.

im still thinking about it.. and i think a combination of the counters of MKD and the parry of MKDA would be great.
the parry system of MKDA can give balance to the whole game countering incoming attacks. and MKD counter can break any combo even when youre hit

I so did not know you only get three. So that explains why all those times... In that case, I think the kountering system fair cuz both players have an equal amount of times to use the breaker. Plus can't you kounterattack while you're being kombo'd on? It's a little difficult but it is doable.
