It changed. It used to show all the people with 6 stars, but then E_E reached 20,000 and changed to show all the people with 7 stars, which, at the time, is only one person.

Getting quite tired of the "the mods are crap" crusade you seem to be on lately, frozen.. gonna have to start invoking the "don't comment on mod actions on the public boards" rule pretty soon, and I hate doing that.
