	there are tonnes of peeople who have posted for help for Blacksite and have all been ignored! I thought the forum staff are supposed to help the forum visitors?!

	And ill tell you what i said in the other post. I CONTACTED TECH SUPPORT AND GOT BUGGER ALL HELP! THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO REPLY!

	Sorry about your bad experience, but there's nothing we can really do about it here. You need to go through Customer Service,and that is completely and totally separate from the forums.
