there are tonnes of peeople who have posted for help for Blacksite and have all been ignored!
I thought the forum staff are supposed to help the forum visitors?!

Sorry about your bad experience, but there's nothing we can really do about it here. You need to go through Customer Service,and that is completely and totally separate from the forums. We can help if we happen to have the technical knowlege (I don't, personally), but that's not why we were brought on board (our moderators are all volunteers).

Forum staff are here to monitor the boards. Ask the users or use google.
