How do you add a user to your favorite user list?

The directions say to click on the favorite users button, but I don't see that button or option in or on any of my menus or sub menus. 
I saw in here somewhere that you could select favorite users and use that list to monitor their posts in threads you may be a part of/monitoring. I would really prefer not to have to monitor the thread as a whole.

Click on the users name to enter their profile. At the top it says Add To Watched User List, click on it and hey presto, you are now watching that user.

Sweet!!! Thanks Very Much  !!
I just tested it to see if it would do what I needed it to in other areas.
Originally, I saw that option  , but I didn't want to try it because I thought it wasn't what I was looking for. And I also didn't want to try it for fear of having to "un-do it afterwards. I prefer to just politely ask and hopefully do it right the first time if possible.

If you ever need to remove a watched user, go into the options where you'll find the option of Manage Your Watched Users List. Just thought I'd mention that.
