I'm not putting up my age in my profile. Granted I'm well over 13, but I've already been called old here more than once.

Just go to where you can make changes to your profile under options, and list your birthday as occuring in the future. I did this a few months ago (when Sheyla "permanently" banned al users under 13), and I am still -1, so it should still work.

What she actually did was tell everyone "If we know you're under 13, we have to ban you, because of the federal laws for internet users under age 13. So think carefully about posting your real age here."
But that doesn't make for good board drama. It's much more fun to say "OMG, she banned everyone based on their age! It's so unfair!!! Look! I'm getting away with something! I win at the internet!!"

Hmmm...
I thought you only banned them for like a day, then let them come back. I didn't see Clod or any of the other users that were publically under the age of 13. Guess it was just a coincidence.

Though I am way over 30 years old(look at my profile, and I never lie about my age, no reason to hide about your age in my honest opinion), and I too, had been called as old a few times, but since the kids of way younger age than 13 buys the game these days, and some parents even buys/encourages those game FOR them even if they know how violent those games are, based on some old threads I've seen here, I don't think it matters anyway, for they will play the 17+(18+) rated games anyway. Well, that's how I see it.
