Just because a user is banned, doesn't mean that they can't log into their account. By logging into their account, they appear in the users online list. But because they are banned, they can't post or do anything that pertains to their account.

I thought that if you were banned you couldn't even log in, but still see the site as if you never even had a profile. (Like before someone was to log in.)
