The new PMs are back, but the null links are still in place. What's been fixed? What's not being changed?
Why has the ability to lock my own topic been taken away from me?

PM's should be fixed - you just need someone to send you a PM to "reset" it.
You should be able to lock a topic if it's within the edit time. Unless someone's been messing with the board settings...
