did midway have the coppa sign of approval before opening the forum so people under the age of 13 can join.
if not, Then why is there no rule stating no one under the age of 13 can enter.

There is. Midway cannot knowingly allow children under the age of 13 to join. That's why Sheyla said not to post your age if you are indeed under set age.

You have to put in your birthday to register for the forums. If you are less than 13 years old, it will not allow you to register. Also, from the Registration page:

When people are supposed to put their age at the register screen, you never know if they're lying or not. Take whaleblood for example. He was 10 but got in by saying he was 14. He's banned now for good.

True, People under 13 cant redgister but... What if they are kids that maybe 11-12 but act like 13+? Strange
