Why don't doesn't it delete users that have banned? Well they might still have the account and just left....

I wouldn't expect him to be banned. He never mentioned anything (on Midway) about his death or faking it. It was just spread through a messenger, but there is no real proof of him being part of it.

He wanted to leave and he didn't people to miss him so he got Nave_Ninja and someone else to say that he was dead. He purposly got caught so everyone would hate him and not want him back.
