I entered to General Discussion and instead of the regular design, it was like this:

That means the server holding the style information crashed briefly. The image you saw was the default style, that the boards run when they can't find the correct style info.
That usually only lasts as long as it takes for the server to reboot. If it's still happening after 10 minutes or so, you can let me know.
