I know this sounds like a stupid idea, and that's probably because it is.
I was wondering if a "Flame Thread" could be stickied at the top of every board. It would be a place where users could go and Flame each other instead of clogging up the threads with it. Since no one seems to like to take a flame war to the PM's, maybe this could do some good. Well?

No. I think that it's a terrible idea. Like I've said before, something as meaningless as an internet forum isn't worth the time nor the frustration of flame wars.

I don't think it's a good idea. Flame wars should be prevented, not encouraged by a thread.

Dang it! I voted no. But I'm still really not sure. As much as it would be fun to take your agression out on someone you hardly know, I'm still not sure. I bet a lot of newer users would go into the thread and do this and that. CAGESUPERSTAR for one would do that and bigprawn. It would be fun for all of the wrong reasons and not fun for all the right reasons.
