Thats just the default IGN skin I believe. It resets to that sometimes for brief moments. I'm encountered that a lot

stop complaining god damN It! i'm tired of reading "glitch!" it happens! it's really hard to program with HTML and it's normal that sometimes some error shows up!

I like that "glitch" as most call it. IGN's skin is awesome! But I like the Midway skin more.
