man if a topic dies that's because no one cares about it anymore! there is no need to bump it again! if someone wants to check out the topic, that person will search the topic! i've seen news from september 2005 bumped in march 2006 in some boards...

Yeah, that last part annoys me to see, but people aren't on all the time, and if people who aren't on are interested in something but haven't seen it, it's convenient to have it bumped.

Everyone has their own opinion on this. To put this in simple terms, if you find something not to your liking that you think would annoy other users too, use the report moderators link. That way Sheyla or some of the other mods can take a look. If it does not break the rules the posting stands regardless if anyone likes this decision or not. Problem with their decision? Take it up with the mods and admins in PM..
