It's a string and the title of the string is "boardnames". It is the document containing the message that is displayed when you open a board. For whatever reason, it was displaying the string name as opposed to opening the string and reading what it should have. Or that's what I've learned from basics in computers class.  . It has something to do with some new changes.

Actually if you want to get technical its the <title> of the webpage. Most html pages have a title. The title is displayed on tabs and on the start menu. Usually the <title> and </title> tags are placed after the <html> and before the <body> its actually one of the more basic html concepts.
