While a "Community Board" is a great idea, it would never work out on a board like this. There are too many immature members around who would spam. We'd need stricter moderation, and at least three new Mods hired so that there'd be one active Mod on the boards at all times just to filter out the constant flow of crap that'd be on there.
Community board = too much spam, and thusly = fail.
