It would contain a lot of spam though, and decrease the traffic to the other sections.
I voted for no because it lets you know what other people think of you. Of course, there are the post hunters.

It's not spam but it doesn't belong in this forum since it has nothing to do with Midway games and this forum doesn't support off-topic discussions. Some people fail to abide by the third rule "discussion on Midway games only" and consider the General Discussion as off-topic.

I personally find them irritating. It seems so overdone. Everyone just rates each other's profiles/sigs over and over and over again. It becomes an exercise in stroking each other's...egos.

It all depends. Some people just post to know about other users, some "just for fun", some just to get attention,and some just to get their post count up. Mostly,It gets spammed, but that's only part of it.
Hence, My vote: No,it isn't spam. As i said earlier, it all depends on the users themselves. Besides, it keeps that section of the board at least PARTLY active. To put it in a nutshell, My opinion about this is at the Neutral status.

There is a line between spamming and getting to know your fellow users. Unfortunatly this is on that line.

I still miss it, because there's been some good variety over the past few months, especially with people that change their signature quotes up on a fairly regular basis like I do.
