Midway boards will never die. They will announce MK8, the board will be hyper-active, then like a star, it will collapse. A new game will be announced, and the nova will bring out the birth of a new star, and the process will start over again. If you like this place so much, you will have to stay through the dry periods (in between game launches).

funny how most of the people who posted here go to ISB......
And yes, it will become super active at the time of MK:8 but that won't be for at least ayear. IT will be dead and be revived when MK:8 comes out.

Exactly. I've noticed about 60 different active users.
Besides, this board is in competition with like 6 other major MK boards. There's only so many fans to go around.
Also, I'm not actually sure if this site was ever really meant to be that big. I may be wrong. *shrugs*

According to the Board Stats, there were 297 individual uses that logged in yesterday, and 1,324 new posts were made.
Wow, and I only noticed about 60.

Remember a few months ago when there were at least 2000 posts per day? Also, its not quantity, its quality and we need more quality users and less spammers. Maybe I should have changed the title to "we need more quality users on this forum".
I can garuntee you around 350 of those posts were in Yoshis elimination thread where you can vote as many times as you want as long as someone posts after you.
