who cares. this is stupid. bumping is an OPTION.
a rule would be stupid. then you would HAVE to bump. once again complain about the littlest things.

depends. If you are bumping something that is a page or two back then I'm ok with it.
If your bumping something on the first page that is ok but anoying(IMO)
but if your bumping something 5 years old then we have a problem.

You cant really stop bumpin cuz they could say somthing on topic. like the first topic i made, it went to the bottem and i said somthing totally on subject. not that i really wanted to, i just wanted it bumped up.

Still,"Should Bumping Be a Rule",Sounds Stupid&Lame.
"Should Bumping be Banned" Sounds better.
But,Either way,That shouldn't be kept as a Rule in my Opinions.Even the Admins sometimes have to Bump,For Reasons that Vary.
