General discussion is also used to talk about midway games that aren't very popular or old though. Also announcements and stuff always go there.

Because they figure that if they're paying for the boards (and the forums are not cheap!), they should get maximum benefit by having people talk about their games, is my guess.

Because they figure that if they're paying for the boards (and the forums are not cheap!), they should get maximum benefit by having people talk about their games, is my guess.
Yeah, they aren't cheap. ChangingFaces of NSG wants me to pay $10 a month and $120 a year for an IGN-like discoboard like this one. So I didn't bother because I am not paying that much fo a board. I am not sure though if Midway pays more though.

Well they do have blitz the league. And its understandable that they would have so many mk boards, since mk is there most popular game.

I agree with shadow_fire.It's a good idea.Also Because a few users are complaining about "Return","Welcome" and Birthday threads saying that "This is not midway related".
