Topic's / Thread's are being locked for no real good reason before they can get started, like on MK General Discussion the threads:
"Tremor's moves"
and
"The best character"
were both deleted for no apparent reason, why is this?

I like the boards being as strict as they are this is the nicest forum i have been on it is strict, but it stops ppl from spamming and swearing as much as other forums,i dont see a problem with it

Midway pays for the forums, so Midway gets to set the rules. There are hundreds of other free forums out there that you can go to discuss non-Midway things, so Midway would like to reserve these forums for discussion about their products.

I'm not saying this because of my Futurama thread because i agree it was non-Midway releated, and yeah wasn't appropriate, but all i am saying is threads are locked maybe before they should have been, and maybe people get banned too easy?? IMO .
I personally don't really want to go on other forums.

But the thread "falling apart" has just been locked, and i'm not sure why?
Maybe if we had information to why this stuff was happening we would understand and agree with it, but i know its hard due to confidentiality but i feel we have a right to know

If you have moderation comments or complaints, please PM them to Sheyla instead of airing them on the boards. We have found that such threads tend to draw flames, and would much rather discuss any issues in private, where they can more efficiently be resolved.

In other words, we don't allow public discussions of moderator decisions or banned users. I'm very willing to explain the reasons behind any of the rules, however the rules themselves are not open for debate. Those are the rules Midway has decided on, and they won't be changing.

Well it is when you put it in those words, but i have too many questions, like what is the meaning of life, why are we here, who created us, who will survive the armageddon, where does Ed Boon live, what shall i have for tea tomorrow, when will the rubbish english weather start getting warmer, why do we have to grow older, why are xbox360's so expensive, etc..

Well I can't answer all of those but I could go ask Mr. Boon where he lives but he'd probably think I was a rabid fan that snuck into the building. 360's are so expensive because they're more powerful than most $2000+ PC's. And the weather will turn warm soon. It almost hit 80(26c) this weekend in Chicago.
