Try deleting cookies/temp files please. You also might want to run a virus/spyware check.

When I had a job as internet tech support, we always suggested to customers the following:
AVG Anti-virus (The Free Version)
Spybot S&D (Search for that title here)
I know you're not a customer calling me at tech support, but I can vouch that those are two of the best Virus & Spyware prevenction programs available, and they're free. However, before you bother downloading those virus & spyware prevention programs should you choose to, try doing the following:
1. In the Internet Options, In IE Delete cookies, history and cache (you said you do this on a daily basis). Try it again and see if it'll work. If not...
2. In the Internet Options, go to Privacy tab and put the privacy setting on the lowest privacy setting available and hit 'Apply. See if it'll let you in then; If so then your Privacy setting was too high. If not...
3. Still in the Internet Options, go to the Advanced tab and in the Browsing group, scroll down to where it says "Enable Third-Party Browsers." If this is checked, uncheck it and hit apply....
4. Lastly, in Internet Options, go to the Programs tab. Left-click the Reset Web Settings button. It'll ask you if you want to reset your settings for Internet Explorer. Uncheck where it says to reset the homepage and select "Yes". If all of the above failed, then look below:
If all else fails, try getting the Firefox Web Browser if only just to see if you can open the MK:SM forum page with it (and any other pages you may not seem to beable to access due to this sort of problem). If you can get to the MK:SM forum with Firefox and continue to not beable to with IE, then you know it's a problem with IE itself. If that's the case, it's probably some virus or spyware that's targeted directly towards IE (which would explain why it would work in Firefox and not IE, if that ends up being the case).
If this is the case, try getting those afore-mentioned programs, updating them, and running them on your computer. Usually problems like this where you get redirected to sites ends up being a spyware problem of some sort. I know I haven't had this problem at all while being here, but I use Firefox. I would sincerely suggest keeping it and using over IE if you get it after try that list of four things. IE has major security flaws and holes, and doesn't have an automatic pop-up blocker which allows for spyware to hit your computer through pop-ups on websites (yeah, they auto-attach to your computer, you wouldn't know it). The only problem is I know Sheyla previously said this forum was built with IE in mind, but as I've said, I use Firefox and have absolutely no issues with the forum whatsoever
