Hi,

I just bought Stranglehold for the PC after having previously owned the 3XBox 360 version. My PC spec is slightly below the minimum req, but the game seem to run reasonably ok at the moment after turning off virus checkers and disabling unnecessary services (I've only played a few minutes of the first level just to try it out).

My PC spec is 3.2Ghz dual core, 2 GB ram and NVidia Geforce 7500LE. So it's the graphics card which is sub-spec.

Because I bought the game second hand I'm now faced with either keeping the game in the hopes that it remains playable to the end, or trading it back and getting an alternative lesser game in exchange.

My question is this.... can I expect the frame rate the remain pretty constant throughout (in which case I can probably keep the game, or will the frame rate drop significantly as the action heats up later on?

I'm hoping someone reading this can offer me some advice or has had experience playing the game with the Geforce 7500LE.

I'd be very grateful for any help.

Best regards,

Graeme

The game should be playable with very few framerate issues if you turn off background programs as well.

Although why buy used? A brand new PC copy can be found for $10-20 at Gamestop/EB Games.
