There are no players at all online which ever version you're going to play. What version have you been thinking? PC, Xbox 360 or Playstation 3? I personally think it's a quite good investment as long as you pay less than 20 euros / US dollars for it. I've seen its PC version sold for 10€ and Xbox 360 for 15€.

The singleplayer is definitely worth a look, their are people playing online but it's hard coming across very many, you might find the occasional game but don't get your hopes up.
