Ok so the game loads up. When I get to the "press start" screen. I press start about 100 times then it finally goes to the new game/settings etc menu. from there I have accessed the settings once(but it is useless cuz I cant change anything in there, and I can't start a new game at all. I click with the mouse, and press enter 100's of times and nothing happens. I see the mouse on the screen, and it locks up about every 5 seconds. It doesn't do anything at all. Basically after 60 seconds or whatever the timer is it shows me the little in game footage demo, then goes back to the "press start" menu. I have reinstalled it twice and have the latest drivers. My system has above the rec. specs. Anyone having this problem??? Very frustrating.

I don't know what to tell you. I always play games on consoles to eliminate any hassle. Is there a number or something you can call?
