I just got Stranglehold recently and this is the only problem I've had with it. The first level plays OK but in Tai-O the mouse cursor starts appearing onsceeen and I can't get it to go away. I've played through the whole game already and there are other places this happens.
I did a search and found nothing about mouse or cursor issues. I have an MX500 that is still working fine and I leave the HID software for it running when I game. If anyone knows about this issue please elaborate and offer advice if you can.
I'm going to try stopping the HID software from running because I don't program any of the mouse buttons for this game anyway. I think I am patched to the latest version of the game because I can lean out from cover, which is one of the changes in it's release notes.
The only thing I can think of other than the HID software possibly causing this is the helicopter part of Tai-O where the game changes to a fixed gun crosshair on the move.
