Rendering thread exception error - filename not found???

Hi all,
The game will show me all the first credit screens then the movie plays. If I skip the movie or let the movie finish, the following error occurs:
Rendering thread exception
General Protection Fault
Direct3dShderValidatorcreate9 (then it has 2 memory addresses). At the end of each it says 'filename not found'.
It then has 3 different address all with 'filename not found' at the end.
I have upgraded my video drivers, reinstalled the game. Nothing happens. And I have directx9.0c
Please tell me what I can do to fix this.
