Hey guys, How do you get style points for unlock shop. Do you have to play online or single player to get the skill points for unlock shop?

You get style points by killing enemies in whatever way possible, such as while running up/sliding down stair rails, riding a food cart or just simply being in Tequila Time. Keep in mind that killing enemies in quick succession gives you even more style points for each kill.
I've yet to play this game online, so I don't know if that gives you any style points.
