The german government just released stranglehold is not allowed to be advertised or sold in public stores. So it's "indiziert". Only adults over 18 are allowed to buy it per import or in special stores with "adult-rooms"!

Personally I think Video Game stores in North America could use an Adults only room so that we (gamers over 18) can enjoy games that aren't censored as heavily. (poor manhunt 2)
