...is mentioned on the retail PC package of the game that there's no support for the PC version?
I see people posting here their technical issues with the demo and see NO support at all. What's up?

These forums aren't for customer service and support, they're for chatting. Midway has it's own department for that, and they don't work through the forums.
Users do help each other out on these forums, but official support can ONLY be had via http://support.midway.com

I would think they do. I believe that several of Midway's developers read here on a regular basis, though I can't guarantee that.
What they DON'T do is answer questions or give technical support on the forums. You need to go through Customer Service for that, via the link I provided above.

if only half the people were actually smart enough to try and go talk to tech support instead of acting the way they do, its be a better place lol.
