PS3 demo performance issue

This is just an FYI. I am aware that the game is a demo and that additional tweeking and such will be done up to the point of the game going gold. That being said I also know that if nothing is reported then nothing can get fixed or looked at.
I have downloaded the PS3 demo (I also have the 360 demo) and on the whole the came looks a little crisper on the PS3. There is however some slowdown issues. This seemed to happen when the enemy got very close. I had 3 issues of severe frame drop 3 times in a 10 minute time frame.
I have also noticed this issue with others that are posting at the Playstation Forums.

Don't lose hope. After all this is still just a demo and these issues could be fixed by the final release. I still plan on getting it anyway for teh PS3.
Another thought is is could be my TV causing some issues since it displays things in 1080i. I will check the PS3 settings for display and see if the issue still exists. You know I didn't restart my PS3 after installing. Maybe that could help clear up the issue.

Fixed for me. Seems my TV displays 1080i. I went in and set my PS3 to display 720p only and restarted my PS3. ran through and no problem.

I'm having sound issues also, I'm running my PS3 in 1080P via HDMI and audio is being output by the fibre optic output..
The sound tends to cut out, doesn't play all of the sound effects, and some horrible lag during gunfights..
I really hope this is fixed before release :/
