	really needed a game like this, I'm a huge fan of games with deep and complex stories and gameplay but I was seriously missing something like this, pure plain shooting fun with nothing to worry about except killing enemies with style, everytime you pull the trigger someone gets killed or something gets blown apart, that's truly the first arcade-style shooter for next gen, add that I'm a long-term fan of both john woo and chow yun fat and you get the complete picture, if you love action games you can't skip this one, it's short but you'll be replaying your favorite chapters a lot of times with the same satisfied (sadistic) look on your face, stranglehold helped me remember what games are all about: pure fun, the same kind of fun I had with some of my first videogame experiences, and that's saying some

	Amen! I was playing last night and was thinking the same thing. Even if not the deepest or most epic story its solid enough to make it interesting. Besides, its fun to just blow *&@%! up sometimes. And Stranglehold delivers that in spades. I was also really impressed with the cinematography in the cut scenes. I hear that its all Midway's cinematics team doing too.
