you are kiddin, right? There is no PS3 demo  and on gamespot I can't find a demo, so what are you talking about? any proof ?
There actually was a small add, which quoted "Available on X360 / Download the PS3 demo now". But I think the add was simply released by fault.

If u wanna know what ive written-ive asked using many uncensored Russian words-where is the [TOS - Profanity] stranglehold demo.I also watnted to know if it was a [TOS - Profanity] proplem to give us the demo if the [TOS - Profanity] game is GOLD now=))

I have put in an inquiry, but I don't think they're "holding" it to spite you guys or because they don't think the PC version is important. I'm sure they're working on it and it will come out. They know you're eager.

Echo77,iI just cant understand their logic.There musnt be any problems with pc demo...Is it difficult to give people 1 level,2 weapons and only 15 [TOS - Profanity] minutes of gamplay?!IMHO-it will be enough for fans and will help to wait the game release date...Because im awfully angry-such a good game and so many problems.And of course xbox 360 will get the game before us/PS-they have alredy got it=(

Pfff still to be decided? Problems with Fileplanet? You want a exclusive Fileplanet Demo launch I guess to piss more customers away or what?
It's done but they still need to decide? What's the problem?
Simply ask Gamershell, they have no problems in hosting it for FREE, with no crappy waiting in line or other ****.
