Anyhow, I just finished the demo and I must say I'm disappointed. I had sky-high expectations in the area of 9.0++ and I must say that currently this game looks like 7.0.
The graphics aren't at all that impressive as it seemed first, and the gameplay feels very shallow. I'm not sure if I'll buy it - it's an entertaining game, no doubt, but I don't know.
There are some wicked cool effects with the slow motion "Tequila Time" and "Precision Aiming" and the movie "Clips" which are truly awesome but they are only that awesome the first few times and I already got tired of them in the demo. :P
The game surely needs balancing and cutting down on the cool effects to increase its score according to me.
Too much of coolness spoils it. It should be way more spread out evenly and gathered. Not that everytime you run to something or jump you enter automatic slow motion and so on, plus it's rather unrealistic with all the jumping from several meters of height and nothing happens and the heal system is not fun.

ooh common, if i will expect Armed Assault realism in Stranglehold i will probably be really dissapointed. I expect Max Payne with awesome graphics physycs and destruction, i saw enough videos to make sure- ill like this game

It's really a great demo, the game has to be freakin awesome no doubt. The precision aim is absolutely SICK you can hit enemies everywhere ! and the rolling and the diving is so stylish, taking out badguys when in tequila time, it's all very cool and very cinematic. Also lots of blood !. It really is a kick ass game, just what I expected

AAHHHH!! I have to wait until tonight to get the demo!!! Can I last that long??!?!?!?
And to those that are bashing it:
A. It's a DEMO. There will undoubtedly be tweaks and fixes from what you play now to what comes out on the 27th.
B. It's not supposed to be Halo, FEAR, or Gears of War. It's a game based on cinematic gun fights and cool stunts. And if you say the "cool" things are overdone, it's only because YOU are doing them too much.
